Hey… YOU! You’re reading this because I unfollowed you and sent you the link OR you’re a curious kitten that stumbled here another way. Either way. HELLO!
The video above explains this, but here it is written (for you readers!) I’m using a tool called Refollow. This tool makes it easier to find cool people to follow and unfollow people (not following you, who are inactive, who follow certain accounts, etc.)
I initially followed you because you follow the CityofMilwaukee twitter account, I unfollowed you because I didn’t get followed back (within a certain number of days). 
lol Just kidding. I’m on a mission to connect with EVERY person in the city! Because of the limitations of Twitter, the only way I’ll be able to do that is if people follow me back.
If you ever decide to follow me again (you’re not a spammer and you’re from Milwaukee!) I’ll definitely follow you back. I just wanted to let you know what the deal was.
