The blogs look awesome I’m excited to see how you stick with things. Thanks for the reminder of the “Do, Be, Have” list. Funny enough the year after I made mine 3 things were crossed off. Now you have reminded me to find my list. The coolest was how peace in my family. Then my first missions trip and it was too italy.

I was diagnosed when I was 20 (after an episode that led to a hospitalization). I had 2 more hospitalizations after that one, battled medication for a long time and now I’m managing things without medication.

I’m not sure which video you saw, but I’m guessing it’s not this one (as then you wouldn’t have needed to ask. ;) ).
