This is my (miltownkid’s) blog. I started my first blog in 2002, made one post, didn’t really get it and that was the end of that. I started [blogging again on August 24th, 2004] on blogger.com. The title of that blog is Crusty Wizardry. I think I chose that name because I happened to be reading Harry Potter at the time. The first comment I ever got is worth noting here:
“You suck. I bet you take crusty wizard wands of the butt.”
I’m not really sure why I started blogging. I think it was because I thought it was a better alternative to sending mass emails back home to friends and family (I was living in Taiwan at the time). I always blogged thinking my mom was my main reader.
Anyhow, it’s gone through several changes over the years. I eventually switched to a WordPress self hosted solution, and recently (2008) switched from my own hosting to being hosted at [Wordpress.com] (for ease of administration, I don’t like the loss of flexibility though).
I never really considered myself a “blogger” but I think I’m about to and will actually start making some efforts in that arena. This is one of my online sandboxes.

By far one of the best You tuber I have ever seen, you are very intelligent by viewing your vids and comments and body language and you remind me of my mentality and personality, my god I would’t be surprised you becoming very famous one day and wishing you well!!!!! You are very talented and gifted idividual. Keep up the excellent and very funny vids and giving people a reality check!!! I am age 40, GT Flymasta. so it’s kind of unclear to me… i watched your video on youtube and are you manic-depressive? i’m just curious because I myself went through a pretty rough 4 month manic episode and haven’t really figured out who i was during that time. there’s very little media and literature on this condition so i was surprised and interested to see your blogs. are you manic-depressive?

Yes. I’m manic-depressive/bipolar. I was diagnosed when I was 20 (after an episode that led to a hospitalization). I had 2 more hospitalizations after that one, battled medication for a long time and now I’m managing things without medication.
I’m not sure which video you saw, but I’m guessing it’s not this one (as then you wouldn’t have needed to ask.
).
